Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Custom and personalized products may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, we will communicate the expected processing time with you.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available shipping method.
From time to time, Hiking Universe Co. may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If you contact us before your order ships, we will do our best to correct the address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Hiking Universe Co. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.
We will do our best to assist you with contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping availability may vary by destination. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
